Stephen obtained a BA from University College, London. He qualified in 1990 and became a partner in 1999. He has published a number of articles in the legal and business press and delivered a number of seminars on commercial litigation and insolvency.
Stephen specialises in commercial litigation including commercial fraud, entertainment law disputes, including a recent case in the Court of Appeal, financial services and banking litigation. His practice also embraces construction law disputes. His insolvency work includes acting for accountancy firms on a wide range of matters, with emphasis on asset recovery both nationally and internationally. He also advises individuals on insolvency issues such as pension rights, preferences and property rights.
