Simon qualified as a solicitor in 1990 and became a partner in Payne Hicks Beach in 2001.

Simon specialises in all aspects of family law.

He acted for Pamela White on her appeal to the House of Lords in the landmark case of White.

Simon is a member of the Law Society's Family Law Panel and of the Solicitors Family Law Association.
