Matthew joined Payne Hicks Beach in 2007 as a Partner, having gained 14 years experience as a corporate and commercial lawyer in and around the City. Matthew balances his workload between acting on mergers and acquisitions, venture capital deals, outsourcing and advising business owners and managers advice on a wide range of legal and commercial issues.

Matthews particular industry focus is on information technology, biotechnology, telecoms and new media. He was previously a partner with Clyde & Co.
