Graham obtained a law degree from Bristol University and a Master's degree in law from King's College, London. He also studied at the Catholic University of Louvain, Belgium. He qualified in 1969, became a partner in 1972 and held office as Senior Partner from 1994 to 2008.
Graham was for some thirty years head of our Trust and Tax Department. His work includes giving legal and fiscal advice to shareholders and boards of family and other private companies. He also specialises in advising in connection with landed estates and heritage property, international trusts, probates and family property, charities and educational institutions. He has a particular specialisation in the French law of property and succession.
