Andrew joined as a partner in 2002. He is a Fellow (and advisory panel member) of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and accredited mediator (Property Litigation Association panel member). He is a contributor to the property press and lectures regularly.

Andrew specialises in property related dispute resolution and has been rated since 2001 by Chambers Legal Directory as a "leader" in this field. He deals with lease renewals, rent reviews, service charge disputes, repairs and dilapidations, break notices, interpretation issues, service of notices, forfeiture and other property matters. His work also includes valuation negligence, terms of engagement, commission disputes, planning, judicial review and compensation claims.

As a dually qualified chartered surveyor and solicitor, he is uniquely placed to find a balance between interpreting the law and achieving commercial solutions. His clients include several leading firms of surveyors, institutional investors and major corporate occupiers.
