Probate
A great deal of our planning advice is to ensure not only that tax on death is kept to a minimum but that a person's estate is structured in a way to enable their aims and objectives during their lifetime to continue to be achieved following their death.

This may require the continued running of a family business or simply the transfer of assets to a surviving spouse. In either case we are able to offer a sensitive and efficient service.

Our work includes:-
. Administration of estates, including all related trusts
. Advice in connection with the preparation of deeds of variation.
. Arranging to obtain foreign equivalents of probate, re-sealing of English grants overseas and re-sealing here of Commonwealth grants.
. Full accountancy for the administration of estates.
. Obtaining grants of probate or letters of administration.
. Preparation of all tax returns and claims during the administration of an estate.
. Through the Firm's trust corporation, acting as the sole trustee of a trust or executor of a will.
