Richard specialises particularly in property law, with particular reference to commercial and residential property disputes. He is experienced at handling all aspects of landlord and tenant disputes, such as dilapidations, enforcement of covenants, break clauses, lease termination and management issues. He acts for a wide range of commercial and private clients in these areas.
Richard has particular experience in the real property areas of prescriptive easements, adverse possession and the enforcement of freehold restrictive covenants. He has also advised and acted on matters concerning professional negligence by solicitors and surveyors, and matters of contested probate.
Richard is a member of the Property Litigation Association and the London Solicitors Litigation Association.
