Alexander advises on all aspects of personal estate and tax planning for a variety of both onshore and offshore clients; including advising on wills, all types of trusts and powers of attorney. He also has experience of advising on Court of Protection and mental capacity issues and works with charities advising on both their creation and administration.
Alexander also works with various families on trust and succession disputes.
Alexander studied English and Classics at Durham. He completed his training contract with Payne Hicks Beach and joined the Private Client Department on qualification.
He is a member of the Charity Law Association and of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP).
