Emily Foy

Emily completed her training contract with Darbys Solicitors LLP in Oxford where she remained on qualification in September 2008. Emily joined the Family department with Payne Hicks Beach in March 2011.

Emily advises clients in relation to a broad range of family law issues arising on the breakdown of a marriage or cohabitation. She also deals with private law children matters including residence and contact disputes, specific issue and prohibited steps orders and leave to remove cases.
