Emilie advises clients on all aspects of family law issues including divorce, cohabitation, children and pre/post nuptial agreements with a particular emphasis on the resolution of complex financial disputes. The majority of these cases have an international element.
Having read Classics at Cambridge University, Emilie trained at SJ Berwin and, being bilingual (English/French), was seconded to their Paris office for six months before joining the Finance Department on qualification. In January 2010 Emilie decided to specialise in Family Law and spent a year working in Clinton's Family Department before joining Payne Hicks Beach.
Qualified 2008, joined Payne Hicks Beach February 2011.
