Paul specialises in in advising both employees and employers on all aspects of the employment relationship.
Paul's experience spans both contentious and non-contentious matters. He advises household name corporate clients and individuals on employment disputes. He has acted in cases ranging from the Employment Tribunal to applications for injunctive relief in the High Court.
He has a particular interest in discrimination cases involving senior executives.
As well as contentious work, Paul also advises on the non-contentious side. He advises corporate clients on strategic restructuring, drafting employment contracts and staff handbooks. He is a published author in Employment Law. His experience includes conducting Employment Law training seminars for corporate clients.
Paul studied Law at the London School of Economics and Political Science.
He is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association.
