Andrew specialises in property related dispute resolution and has been rated since 2001 by Chambers legal directory as a leader in his field. He deals with a comprehensive range of property and lease related issues, as well as advising on professional disputes (such as valuation negligence and issues arising out of terms of engagement), planning, judicial review and compensation claims.
Qualified both as a chartered surveyor, an accredited mediator and as a solicitor, he is uniquely placed to find a balance between interpreting the law and achieving commercial solutions. His clients include several leading firms of surveyors, institutional investors and major corporate occupiers.
Andrew is a contributor to the property press and writes and lectures regularly on a range of property related issues. He is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and a mediator panel member of the Property Litigation Association.
