Liz specialises in tax planning for individuals including non-domiciliaries. Her work includes all forms of inheritance and capital gains tax planning. She deals with the establishment and management of onshore and offshore trusts and advises on wills and complex estates, particularly where there is an international element. She is experienced in advising trustees and beneficiaries on all aspects of trust law and the re-structuring of trusts. Her work also includes legal and tax advice to charities. She was described as 'very incisive' in the 2008 edition of Chambers legal directory.
Liz is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners.
Before becoming a solicitor, Liz was an account executive, and subsequently a director, of a media company for some 13 years.
